hanging ard in office,
clearing my outstanding housekeeping routine and i realised i lost a prospect number.

had been having mild headache since i woke up in the morning.
feel sick.
think going to be sick soon.

appt at woodlands was pushed backward. now its 545pm and i can't reached the prospect.
