Confinement day #3

I had Breast engorgement and it's just so painful. 

Almost spend most of my time trying to express my milk.

And finally I did. Ease the engorgement and expressed some milk. I would say it's a good amount for Eason's one single feed. And that's it. I need to continue to express milk because I can't really latch Eason well due to his small mouth and my nipples r abit big.

My aim is to store a lot of milk so that Eason can stay here instead of going back to Caspian. 

I really dun have to worry a single bit.

Maybe I plan ahead. Eason's weight bounce back. I acknowledged that i dun have supply and I need formula milk as back up. Until milk supply comes in. I can let Eason drink both. 

I'm glad who being who I am.
