Sunday

it had been a bz week!
all thanks to the thunderstorm,
that had struck and made spoil a few systems and also the power wind which had uprooted a few trees!

an uprooted tree is ok,
but its not ok when its uprooted and it hit the fence.
they are so uptight when the fence is broken.

i've wasted a few evenings and saturday on this.
rushing and trying to complete things and
worse..
i was late for my sis ROM!

im so tired.

its approaching mid may,
and i've a few things on hand to do.

endless of meeting.
and i start to understand my role as an operation manager.
its tough to know what's happening,
but it will make me more confident when im talking to the enciks, OC and CO.

maybe im female la,
but certainly i need to talk and act like a experienced operation manager.

some ppl are not happy because im close to the user as in,
the working relationship is getting stronger.
or its more like trust.
because the FMA isn't performing,
i would want to take this chance to show that IBC is working well despite the poor leadership by FMA.
it will be tough, as my contractors have different views about this.

i find this situation is the best time for me to make sure the users are happy with IBC.

when work is stable..
then i got the time to work out Plan B!
