end of first week

i've made a few silly mistakes.

its really mistakes; expensive ones.
i feel so bad.

quite demoralising.

i've told myself that this is the first and the last time tat this is happening.
and certainly i need to improve myself.
i need to be in more control rather den letting my TOs doing all the jobs.
and thinking they will follow up.

one of the TOs is giving me some attitude problem.
he is ok but he nv use his brains to think and solve problems.
