accessing company laptop

i've got so many things to do!
and i'm using company laptop.
and not to forget.. to blog!
i do miss blogging,
but i start to blog less as there's nth much exciting thing going on..
or,
i realised.. i've begun to blog less.

i thought this year will be a simple year.
a few things had happened and it totally changed my views. Apart from this,
i'm happy that my work do turn out good.
it was a tough decision, tough start, tough work and a good ending.

my confirm is early.
so early that i didn't expected it. my boss take my confirmation like a small task. my grading went wel.. range 1-4 and i got 50+ points out of 70+ points. that was all i can remember. becoz most of the moments.. im celebrating in my heart.
there's a little increment. starting from the stupid pay at EM Services, and this pay adjustment is the 3rd time.
im dead happy.
my goal of earning the salary is getting nearer.

just to share y my boss is happy with me.
he was happy that i'm able to make decisions; right ones. which he didn't think of.
he asked me why that decision was made, and i told him, i need my sub-con support and in return i need to protect my sub-con. i need to protect them esp when they are right. this is my way of getting things done when now we are the main con. or for short. im persistent.
He is happy, because it proves him right, his decision is right, to put me as an ops manager rather than my first offer; assistant manager.
i will stay as long as i can in this job.
because my boss now understand how i work.
