2 months into this maintenance contract, and I've discovered my strengths and also weaknesses.
after all, we are not perfect. And to err is human.
most important is to learn the mistake and make sure it doesn't repeat again.
my strength had made me overcome several issues that I've faced during this past 8weeks and also not to forget, making Silly mistakes along the way,
I'm grateful that my boss is showing me much guidance and also sharing his experience in this field. Somehow I felt blessed coz some of my colleagues are not having the same guidance from their management although, internally, we do help each other.
I wonder how long I can hang on. Its really a different world with simple tools and difficult ppl to handle and complex users who thought that they are the only users in this entire contract.
