thought my Thursday would be fine.
(although nth seems to be fine lately)

one orphan client, (orphan client means other ex agent's client) wanted to surrender her investment,(hello? selling ur losing investment at this point of time? crazy)
She wanted to sell both hers CPF investment and her older sister's CPF investment too.
She was screaming at me.
i shouted at her back on the phone.

she was shouting at me, why is she losing so much money, why i didn't do my part.
i did try to contract her since july. =/
she said WE were supposed to update her on monthly basis,
i said, did her ex agent do that? she said nope, only once, that was back in 2007.
i told her straight over the phone,
now i dun update my clients., cause its losing money. and my clients are aware. i only track their money monthly basis. every of my client is NOW losing money right now
(i forget in the in between conversations too, but she wanted to complain, wanted to speak to my manager and to log a police report; i told her to go log a police report)
i shot her off,
" i know how my ex colleague do her business, and you had benefited from it back it feb 2007. i didn't earn a single cent from you and i'm spending my effort not to make you surrender your investment, because you are my client and i have to do what i supposed to do"
i continued by telling her to give me a period of 3years, for me to do my part.
she shoot me off,
"Can you promise that is it guaranteed, then i want, else i want to surrender."
i sounded her again,
and i heard a muslim male voice at the back.
den she asked
"what about my 3months dividend?!"

*blank*
(since when my company gives out that kinda stuff!)

i demanded for a black and white for that 3months dividend thingy, she said no, she dun have.
and she wanted to surrender again.

I give up.

i said, ok- meet u at tpy, coz i need to sign the form. coz u now my client.
she LL and said ok.


some might think why am i doing that, cause its really FOC work.
i earn nth out of it.
but because if she sells,
she lost her money.
and which infact, her older sister is my client too! and she isn't aware about my company!

u all might be like "huh.. WTF."
for short, my ex female colleauge used rebates, to induce ppl to take up plans from her.
she earns at least $90,000 last year by doing that.
i'm not trying to defame her.
but its world its not fair,
and its not fair for me to clear her shit.

i'm just doing my part, to help her slavage back the money.
other agents would have mailed her the surrender form and totally ignore her.
right?
