Admission Requirements
A diploma in building or a related discipline from the polytechnic. Other equivalent qualifications may be considered on a case-by-case basis
A minimum of two years' relevant work experience
Be at least 24 years old
In addition to the above requirements, accepted applicants must also have access to the Internet, an e-mail account and personal printing facilities.
Online materials will not be reproduced in hard copy. Applicants who do not meet the requirements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Nature of Programme
This programme is offered on an advanced standing status to students with the relevant polytechnic diploma and work experience. It is to be completed part-time in Singapore over two and a half years. Students are required to complete 12 courses which comprises 23 modules (including a research project) over five semesters.

WEll... i've to wait for me to hit the age of 24... next yr i graduate liao.. means i still have... 24-20... 4 years to work den i'm allow to enroll in that Bachelor... during that 4 years.. alot of things might happened... weLL... i guess wOrK.. deN.. study?? haha DEN I no need to see si Jer in SIM liao.. haha unless he... retained for 4 years???? haha
