disappointed

very disappointed that i wanted to help in getting the things right.

but it was all cold water which i had been receiving.

Not wrong.. because its caused by the working culture formed by GM.
he had cultivated a working environment when mistakes are offenses.
he cannot accept mistakes and he thinks no one is better than himself.
