decision to resign

that was the last straw that i've would tolerate GM's attitude towards me.

he started to shout at me.. and i've shouted back at him.

worse..
its on loud speaker mood.
im in my office, and he was at his own office with our fire protection contractor.

it made him super "ma-lu".
he was shouting at me.
in which he claimed he didn't and insisted that im the one who started in first.

in a way, he was right,
i started to shout at him on the phone after 2years

i've been nice.
clam and cool.
even there's bad things and nasty demands..
i didn't raise my voice at any one, including my staffs.

2 cool years.

its a impulsive decision..
but its my true decision..

my heart for the office culture had died.. on that very night.

its either him or me.
