Rumors!

Haha!
The base is spreading that I'm resigning after feb.
Which was almost a fact.
My AD was trying to sound me out if I'm resigning.
And the CO is also telling ppl that i might b leaving.
Haha
I was 'chatting' with the CO and I told him the reason I wanna leave is not Abt this job or the users.
It's my direct boss, he told me not to worry and continue to stay so that I can gain personal growth.
Which I agreed too.
My direct boss isn't a threat.
Not Becoz I have backing.
Becoz whatever he is thinking and doin are all silly acts. And I didn't do anything to him.
So...
I felt better. I've been treating the users like frds.
Finally someone who understands what I'm going thru.
I think the user wan to keep me Becoz they r comfortable with me. One year into the contract... I've much more or less gain exp. and level up.

Let's hope for my pay increament :)

It's going to be stressful! I'm plannin the shutdown!
I cannot afford to fail.
