Office politics

It get worse when u have a close minded, full of himself, emotional and have selective listening boss.

He likes credits, and he is one who don't meant what he says:
E.g 'I hire one more manager is to help you, not to tak away my job', 'I always help you to do ur work, u cannot help mine, who will do my job? I'm here not to take away ur credits, ppl look for me Becoz I can do it.'

A leader will not speak this way, he is a true blue manager.

I cannot control what he said to others and his thoughts
But after I went to the ex colleague's weddin over the weekend... They will start to think otherwise. Why the groom invite me? How I managed to know who he invited?
All because my PR skills is better den him.
He can strike a conversation with anyone, but I can engage with ppl and get phon numbers. I was a financial planner before and I believe all these 3years in the trade and shape and sharpen my soft skills.
He refuse to believe that i have this skill and he accused of me backstabbin him.

It was simple... Becoz of the biggest user in the airbase. Everyone in the base knows I'm treated differently by anyone. I will get a softer treatment from the users Becoz I'm a ger.
This is my advantage but I dun use this often. I dun go backdoor or pull strings to get all of the things done.

I can understand why some of my own team mates can think likewise with mr boss, soon; they will know. I have my strengths. I leverage on my strengths when I'm stuck in situations. I'm taught to be sincere to ppl and b truthful to urself.
I'm cunnin as I know how to use my strengths to wriggle myself out of trouble.
Or at least survive it.
Last year oct was alrdy the cut off point between my boss n I.
He has zero trust plus negative thoughts on me.
Whatever I do will b always wrong.
Which my other OM... Is said to b better.
I have users feedback Abt how back he was.
I kept quiet. I'm not those who report these things upwards.
As I a leader of my team I will not gossip ard. Unless he pissed me off. And which he did.
Everyone knows he fully control CPC but he still calls me Abt CPC issue!
I was furious but I dun wan to shout at him. Afterall he was much more exp and older den me.

I'm caught in a position when my direct boss dun like me but my big boss understands how I worked.
I told the users I wanna leave, I guess it spread.
My boss asked me if I wanna leave.
I didn't say yes or no. I told him I need ppl.
I guess I've said much.
The users dun wan me to leave. Becoz they Duno who will take over me. Might b better. Or worse. Nobody will know.

As at today I still say I love my job.

I need them to remove my boss.
