Late for work!

But who cares that I'm late?
Work had eat into my Sundays.
Saturdays are fully working day for me, I've long disregarded my weekends as 2 days.

I've done the phase 1 out of 3 shutdown.
This wasn't really smooth... But I've gain knowledge about the base power supply.
I've leveled up!
I'm happy because I wouldn't done it without my team and my sub contractors' support.
My GM was quiet.
He is waiting, waiting for me to make mistakes.
I will b careful before I do anything right now.
When a person is prejudice against u, whatever u do... Is not appreciated.

I'm glad that AD was ok with me.
He let me took charge of the shutdown.
If he is GM instead... He would had done it by himself... He called that 'showing n teaching me'
I learn things faster when I do hands on.
Coz I will think..
Like the process and the consequences and also the interlink and the flow.
I need to think that way Becoz I'm a manager.
I need to understand the concept as my staff will ask as they also wanna learn.

One thing done, two more to accomplish..
I've made a small change. By swimming.
Apart from trying to lose the xtra fats, I wan to b fit. I'm always tired.. I shld exercise and b healthy
I dun have time to b sick.

CNY is ard the corner.
I wan to shop!
But that will b in feb.

Today is a Swimming day!
