work

i'm really pissed off with my work.
why?

I'm the MA for Connection ONE, which happens to be the HQ for Surbana too,
Surbana FM is part of Surbana International Consultants, and the basis of FM is to get maintenance contracts, and which they got it from the exising tenants in Connection ONE.
so to sum up,
why i'm so bz coz,
1) the maintenance of the MA is to run Common Area,
2) the maintenance of FM to the Surbana International Consultant is to take care of their own offices.
3) manage the tenants signed up the FM contracts with FM.

i'm doing 3 jobs and getting 1 pay.
not only me, but to the rest of the maintenance team.

disgrace to the FM.
and that's y i played the game,
lucky HDB is in favor of me. =)

i will be the bad guy coz FM dun dare to remove me coz i'm the apple of the eye.

waiting for my sweetest revenge.
